What is Counselling?
Counselling provides an opportunity to share concerns with a skilled listener in a safe confidential environment. This enables you to explore past and present experiences to help you discover new ways to manage any troubling issues.
What happens now?
You can contact me either by phone or email to discuss how counselling may be able to help. If I’m not available then please leave a message and I will return your call before the end of the day.
